New Delhi: After Bhagini Nivedita College and Aditi Mahavidyalaya, three more off-campus Delhi University colleges — Shyam Lal College, Rajdhani College and Zakir Husain Delhi College (Evening) — have opened merit-based admissions using Class XII scores to fill vacant undergraduate seats. The move comes as colleges continue to struggle to fill seats left vacant by the regular CUET-based admission rounds. Shyam Lal College has invited applications from Aug 19 to 21 for BSc physical science with chemistry, BSc physical science with electronics and BA (Hons) Hindi. It will display the merit list on Aug 23, followed by admission and physical document verification on Aug 24 and 25. Fee payment will have to be done on the same day as physical verification.Rajdhani College opened admissions for BA (Hons) Sanskrit, BSc (Hons) physics, BSc (Programme) physical science with chemistry, BSc (Programme) applied physical science industrial chemistry and BA (Programme) Sanskrit with history. Applications can be submitted until Aug 24, 5 pm; the merit list will be out on Aug 25. Document verification, confirmation of admission and fee payment will be done from Aug 27 to 28; the last date for fee payment is Aug 29. Zakir Husain Delhi College (Evening) opened admissions for B.A. (Hons) Persian, Sanskrit and Urdu, and B.A. (Programme) with Arabic, Bengali, Persian, Sanskrit and Urdu along with history/political science. Online applications opened on Aug 19 and will remain open till Aug 23.
