MUMBAI: The shooters arrested in the Tiger Shroff firing case have told the Mumbai crime branch that their nearly 20-day stay in Mumbai involved touring the suburbs, especially Juhu, to see where Bollywood celebrities lived. They checked out some of the homes of Bollywood celebrities including actor Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar and Aamir Khan in the western suburbs.Their claim, however, has raised questions about their movement before the Oct 18 firing.Investigators are examining whether these visits were part of a wider target-selection exercise, amid indications that Salman Khan was initially considered before Shroff was allegedly chosen.Police are verifying the accused’s claims and their links with gang handlers. They are examining whether the accused assessed security arrangements around celebrity homes
