On Father’s Day, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex also joined the celebrations. Meghan Markle took to her social media account to share a tribute to the father of two as the family celebrated the auspicious occasion.

Meghan Markle shares Father’s Day tribute for Prince Harry

On Sunday, the actress and royal shared an adorable photo of Prince Harry on social media for Father’s Day. She posted the photo along with the caption “They’re so lucky to have you (face holding back tears emoji). We all are. Happy Father’s Day to our one and only.”The caption was posted alongside a candid photo as the Prince hugged both of his children tightly and smiled for the camera. The couple share two children, Prince Archie, who is 7 years old, and Princess Lilibet, who is currently 5 years old. In the photo, Archie sported an iconic England football top, while Lilibet was seen wearing a pair of shorts and a pink top, along with a backpack shaped like a giraffe, as their father kneeled beside them.The couple currently live in Montecito, California, with their children. The two have them have ensured that their children’s faces are never shared online and also advocate for a safer online environment for children.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s UK visit

As of late, there have been speculations and reports that King Charles may soon reunite with his grandchildren. Recently, it was confirmed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been offered royal accommodations ahead of their visit to the UK for the Invictus Games events next month. The last time that King Charles met Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie was back at Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in 2022.Although reports suggested only Prince Harry would attend next month’s events due to security concerns, the BBC recently revealed that the beloved couple, who recently celebrated their 8th anniversary, will both attend the Invictus Games events in July. This will also be the family’s first visit to the UK in the past 4 years as well.Prince Harry has also been looking forward to meeting his family and reconciling despite all of the differences. In May, he told the BBC in another statement, “I would love reconciliation with my family. There’s no point in continuing to fight anymore.”

It has been reported that Markle and Prince Harry prioritise their children’s upbringing above all else, and want them to grow up in a creative environment. Along with this, a statement from a PEOPLE report added that the royal couple wish for their children to have their own space. “They give their kids space to be themselves — for their different personalities to flourish. After growing up so publicly, that was really important to Harry”, the statement read.Earlier last month, Prince Archie turned 7 years old, which the couple celebrated with full zeal and enthusiasm.
