New Delhi: A 19-year-old student died by alleged suicide in west Delhi’s Rajouri Garden Saturday.Police said that she was a third-year BA student at a DU college and had been suffering from depression following the demise of her mother in 2021.According to the police, a head constable had first noticed the dead body of the girl at the mall adjacent to the Rajouri Garden metro station. Police said that the circumstances indicated that she had fallen.Police said a handwritten suicide note was recovered, wherein she stated that she was ending her life of her own volition.
