Ahmedabad: A 38-year-old private company employee died after falling from the fifth floor of a commercial building in Makarba on Friday morning, police said.The fall occurred around 10.30am at Commerce House-6 on Corporate Road. Police said the man, identified as Balaji Subramaniam, a native of Tamil Nadu, was rushed to a private hospital after they were alerted. He died during treatment.His body was later sent to Sola Civil Hospital for postmortem. Police said it was not immediately clear whether Subramaniam jumped or was pushed. A case of accidental death has been registered, and an investigation is underway to determine the circumstances of the fall.
