Panaji: The crime branch of Goa police on Saturday arrested a 24-year-old man and detained a minor, both Odisha natives, for allegedly possessing narcotic substances worth Rs 10 lakh in Mapusa.Crime branch SP Rahul Gupta said police conducted a raid at the interstate bus terminal, Mapusa, caught the accused and detained a 17-year-old minor with suspected ganja weighing 10.7kg and worth Rs 10.5 lakh,Gupta said the narcotic substance was found in their shoulder bag and hand trolley. He added that the accused used the minor to carry or supply the drugs, which were seized under a search-and-seizure panchanama.
