Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court on Friday granted permission to a citizens’ group, ‘Sangram Ganamancha’ to file an urgent petition for demonstration against SIR on Sept 2. The matter will be heard on Monday. The matter was mentioned before Justice Saugata Bhattacharyya on Friday.
