Chennai: Tamil Nadu Medical Selection Committee, which allocates MBBS and BDS seats for 85% of seats in govt medical colleges and all seats in self-financing and state private universities, has published the list of candidates who were found ineligible under various categories following scrutiny of their applications.A grievance redress window has been opened from Aug 5 to 7, allowing such candidates to submit revised documents or address discrepancies flagged during verification, said the committee. “Applicants can log in through the designated portal using their credentials to check their eligibility status,” a senior official said. “Earlier, access to the facility was limited to candidates declared ineligible, who could log in only to upload revised documents,” he added.The committee clarified that no fresh applications will be accepted during the grievance redress period. Rank list of all eligible candidates will be released once this process is completed, he said.
