Ahmedabad: The Zone-8 Local Crime Branch (LCB) arrested two men and recovered 150 litres of stolen diesel in connection with a theft reported from Vatva GIDC Phase-4. The accused were identified as Mehr Aalam (24), a rickshaw driver, and Raja Ansari (26), a labourer. Both are residents of Vatva. According to police, the theft took place in the early hours of Aug 22. Three accused arrived in a rickshaw and broke open the lock of the diesel tank of a parked vehicle before stealing the fuel.
