Speculation surrounding the trailer launch of director Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’ has set social media abuzz once again, this time, with fans anticipating the release of the film’s next major milestone.Rumours are doing the rounds on social media handles, claiming that the much-awaited trailer for Ramayana could be released on July 18. While the filmmakers have not officially confirmed the date, the rumours have fuelled speculation that the clip, which is expected to be only the second major clip from the film, will be unveiled a week prior to the film’s rumoured Comic Con debut.

While posts on Climax India claim that the makers have picked July 18 for the trailer launch, another post on Bollywood Talkies suggested that the clip releasing this mont, could be another promotional asset, much like the ‘Rama First Glimpse’, and that the trailer could release on Ranbir Kapoor’s birthday in September.

Following their appearance at Cinema Con, rumours about Producer Namit Malhotra and his leading stars also attending Comic Con, spread like wildfire. The festival is expected to be held later this month, between July 22 to July 26.The online buzz about a possible trailer launch comes after reports claimed that a pivotal sequence in the film, including the first meeting between Rama and Sita, will be featured in the clip.
